"I want to build an AI-driven application that takes the pain out of day-to-day property management. The first release must cover three pillars:

• Automated tenant screening – credit, background and income checks run in minutes, not days
• Maintenance request management – a ticketing flow that routes issues to the right contractor, tracks status and notifies tenants automatically
• Rent payment tracking – real-time dashboards, automated reminders and easy export for accounting

If you have additional ideas that make managers’ and tenants’ lives easier, I’m open to hearing them.

Tech is flexible as long as it scales; Python, Node, or similar stacks that let you plug in machine-learning models (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and integrate with payment gateways and screening APIs will fit well.

When you reply, focus on your experience building AI or prop-tech products. Show me what you’ve shipped, which models or algorithms you used, and any live demos you can share.

I’ll consider the project complete when I can:
