Hello, I am looking for a programmer who can create a tool for renaming and organizing all kinds of media such as anime, series and movies, music, audiobooks and eBooks, etc. Subsequently, two additional apps are to be created that build on this tool and then process the files further.

My requirements are:

-Simple licensing system, username/email and password, or a reg file?
-For Windows (with a proper installation routine and as an .exe file!!)
-Docker container (for Unraid software)
-Updates via Github?
