I need a polished, mobile-first UI for a custom Progressive Web App. The core screens should be hand-coded in clean, semantic HTML5 with responsive CSS (Flexbox or Grid) and just enough vanilla JavaScript to handle basic interactions or state where needed.

Style direction
• Visual tone: modern, light and airy—think whites, soft grays, and subtle pastels.
• Layouts should feel native on both iOS and Android when the PWA is installed to home screen.
• Smooth transitions and touch-friendly elements are key; no heavy frameworks that bloat load times.

Scope of work
1. Wire up all page templates (login, dashboard, settings, plus two or three utility screens) so I can drop in React or Vue later if I choose.
2. Provide reusable components—buttons, input groups, cards, modal sheets—built only with HTML/CSS so they degrade gracefully.
3. Supply assets (SVG icons, imagery placeholders) and a brief style guide covering colors, fonts, and spacing tokens.
