"I need a streamlined, web and app-based CRM that fits the day-to-day rhythm of a real estate office without the bloat of generic platforms. The core modules must cover lead management, property listings and in-system client communications so my team can track prospects from the first inquiry through to closing.

Integration needs
• Native connection to our email service so every inbound or outbound message is automatically logged under the correct contact.
• Live sync with the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) for one-click import and ongoing updates of listings, photos and status changes.

User access is simple: an admin dashboard for me and standard user accounts for agents and assistants—no complex permission matrix required, just clear separation of admin settings from daily workflows.

Preferred stack isn’t fixed, but reliability, clean UI and mobile responsiveness are non-negotiable. Once delivered, I should be able to add fields, tweak pipelines and export data without developer intervention.
