"UI/UX Designer for Game (Milestone-Based with Paid Test Phase)
We're building an engaging game and need a mid-to-senior level UI/UX designer to create wireframes and polished interfaces that drive real results.
What We're Looking For:
Gaming UI/UX experience is mandatory. If your portfolio includes gacha games, casino-style mechanics, or high-engagement apps, you understand what we need: designs that make users want to buy, play longer, and come back.
For example, when designing our shop, we need someone who knows how to create urgency, showcase value, and convert browsers into buyers—not just arrange buttons nicely.
Project Scope:
Main sections include: Home, Shop, Mining, Referrals/Friends, Events, Missions/Tasks, Achievements, Spin Wheel, Chest Systems (Normal & Legendary), Notification System, Mailbox, Tutorial Flow, and various popups/modals.
Many sections have multiple sub-screens, popups, and notification variations.
Project Structure:
Agile, milestone-based engagement with fast iterations. You'll work directly with our frontend and backend developers as part of the team. Your work gets reviewed, refined, and implemented collaboratively.
We start with a paid test phase on a small section to ensure we understand each other's workflow and quality expectations. If successful, we proceed to full milestones.
Your Role:
Create wireframes for all game sections
Design high-fidelity UI optimized for mobile (Telegram mini-app constraints: mobile-only, WebView, vertical layout)
Apply user psychology: FOMO, rewards, progression, monetization
Integrate team feedback quickly
Deliver production-ready designs and assets
Timeline Expectations:
We move very fast. Expect 1-2 day turnaround per section for wireframes, 2-3 days for final UI per section. If you need a week or more per deliverable, we're not a match.
Payment:
Milestone-based. Each approved milestone gets paid immediately.
Revisions are included until milestone approval. We provide clear, actionable feedback.
Test phase is paid upon completion.
Example milestones: Wireframes for 3 sections, UI for Shop section, UI for Mining section, etc.
Communication:
Our timezone: GMT+1 to GMT+3
We expect daily communication during active work periods
Quick video calls available if work needs clarification or adjustments
We're flexible and collaborative, but we need consistent progress
Must-Haves:
Portfolio with gaming UI examples (engagement-focused, monetization-driven) - applications without gaming portfolio will not be reviewed
Understanding of user psychology in gaming contexts
Mobile-first design experience
Comfortable with fast-paced, collaborative environments
Available for quick turnarounds (days, not weeks)
If you have a strong design style we like, we'll work with it to save time
Deal-Breakers:
No gaming experience in portfolio
Junior-level or generic work
Can't work collaboratively with developers
Slow response times or need weeks per deliverable
