"I’m building a Windows-based application that connects directly to our RFID readers around the stadium track to manage live running events. The software has four core jobs: read each athlete’s tag in real time, translate those reads into exact positions on the track, keep an accurate race clock for individual and team scoring, and automatically count completed laps per runner.

The reader manufacturer supplies an SDK and communication protocol; you’ll wire that into a streamlined desktop interface where race officials can start or stop events, monitor split times, and export results. I’m open to any Windows-friendly tech stack—C#, WPF, .NET, Electron, or even cross-platform frameworks—as long as you can demonstrate stable tag reads and millisecond-level timing accuracy.

Please include:
• A brief outline of your proposed architecture and chosen libraries.
• A small demo or code snippet showing you have already parsed RFID reads (a mock dataset is fine for first contact).
