"I already have a working proof-of-concept in FlutterFlow and now need it transformed into a polished, production-ready project-management application. The core purpose is clear: help teams stay on top of their work through robust task tracking, smooth collaboration, and actionable reporting & analytics.

Scope of work
• Re-architect the existing FlutterFlow project so it scales cleanly for live deployment (clean component hierarchy, state management, Supabase structure, error handling).
• Flesh out the three key feature sets that matter most to me:
– Task tracking with statuses, due dates, subtasks, and notifications.
– Real-time team collaboration—comment streams, @mentions, file attachments, and role-based permissions.
• Because I’m flexible on visuals, feel free to refine the UI/UX for consistency and accessibility while respecting common material design patterns.
• Configure build pipelines, environment variables, and crash/error monitoring so I can release confidently to both iOS and Android stores.

Acceptance criteria
1. All features behave exactly as described in both mobile, tablet and desktop web layouts, passing FlutterFlow preview tests without runtime errors.
2. Data integrity is preserved under concurrent edits (I’ll test by having multiple users update the same task list).
3. Dashboard numbers match underlying Supabase data to within one record.
4. A clean README or short Loom walkthrough shows how to manage environments, run releases, and extend functionality.

Hand-off deliverables
• The updated FlutterFlow project link with owner permissions transferred.
• Exported Flutter code (optional but appreciated).
• Basic branding assets you introduce (colors, typography guidelines).
• README / video walkthrough described above.
