We are seeking an experienced freelance developer or small team to design and build an MVP for a mobile fuel-delivery service. The product will include: Customer App (iOS & Android), Driver App (iOS & Android), and Admin Panel (Web). The goal is to deliver a functional, secure, and scalable MVP to validate the business model before adding advanced features.

Scope of Work
1. Customer App (MVP Features)
- User registration/login (email, phone, or social login).
- Profile management (name, vehicle info, preferred payment).
- GPS-based location detection.
- Fuel type & quantity selection.
- Price estimate before order.
- Secure payment via Stripe or PayPal.
- Real-time order tracking.
- Order history & receipts.
- Push notifications for order updates.
2. Driver App (MVP Features)
- Driver registration/login (admin approval required).
- Individual driver profiles with statistics (orders completed, total gallons delivered, etc.).
- View and accept/reject delivery requests.
- Integrated navigation (Google Maps/Waze).
- Delivery workflow updates (“Arrived,” “Completed”).
- Push notifications for new jobs and updates.
3. Admin Panel (MVP Features)
- Secure admin login.
- Dashboard: active orders, drivers, revenue.
- User management (approve/ban drivers, view customers).
- Order management (assign drivers, monitor progress).
- Driver statistics tracking (orders completed, response times, customer ratings).
- Basic reporting (orders & revenue).
