The platform must support multi-role, role-based access (admin, supervisor, agent, client) and connect seamlessly with a payment gateway—this is the single most critical feature because borrowers should be able to clear dues in-app without leaving the ecosystem.

Client Servicing App
The companion mobile / web app has to ship with:
• Real-time notifications for payment reminders and status updates
• Secure document upload & download so borrowers can share KYC or settlement letters
• In-app messaging with our support team for quick clarifications
• The same payment gateway integration used in the core CRM
• Automated SMS / Email reminders tied to workflow events

Core CRM & Dashboards
• Agent dashboard displaying assigned accounts, follow-up scheduler, promise-to-pay tracking, and location tagging.
• Client (lender) dashboard for portfolio health, recovery metrics, and downloadable reports.
• Admin console to create roles, set granular permissions, and audit user activity.
• Credit-bureau report upload module (CIBIL, Experian, etc.) mapped to each borrower profile.
• Comprehensive analytics: ageing, bucket movement, and promise fulfilment rates.

Tech & Compliance
I’m open to your recommended stack—just demonstrate experience with financial Loan Management System builds, PCI-DSS compliant payment flows, and strong data encryption at rest and in transit.
