"I run a live Power Apps Portal (now Power Pages) that needs a thoughtful refresh. I want the current pages reorganised for a cleaner look and feel, then expanded with a few new features that tap into Dataverse so users can interact with data in a more guided way.

The priority is responsive design that shines on modern desktop browsers—think fluid layouts, tidy break-points and consistent styling that behaves just as well in Edge, Chrome or Safari. While mobile optimisation is not today’s focus, the CSS you write should still degrade gracefully so we are future-proof.

Here is what I need from you:
• Re-work the existing layouts: refine page sections, update CSS and theming so the portal feels cohesive with our brand colours and typography.
• Build out new components: custom web forms, list views or Liquid templates that surface Dataverse records securely.
• Ensure every change is thoroughly tested in a dev site and promoted via solutions so the live portal stays stable.
