"I’m looking to have a lightweight Android browser built around a WebView core, then enhanced with a scrolling news section that pulls the feeds from my own website. Those same feeds will also supply the creative for the in-app monetisation, so please wire them in a way that allows me to serve native ads seamlessly inside both the news stream and, where appropriate, the browsing UI.

Core browsing features I need on day one:
• Incognito mode
• Multi-tab support with easy tab switching
• Bookmark management
• “Request desktop site” toggle
• Find-in-page search
• File downloads handled by the Android download manager

All screens should follow modern Material guidelines, but I’m open to your favourite libraries or a clean Kotlin-only approach as long as the look stays consistent. The news component can sit on a dedicated tab, a bottom sheet, or another UX pattern you prefer—just keep it fast and cache-friendly because the content updates frequently.

Deliverables:
• Complete Android Studio project (Kotlin or Java)
• Signed, install-ready APK for testing
• Clear README explaining how to swap in new RSS endpoints and adjust native-ad placements
• Brief note on any third-party SDKs used and their licences
