"I need our merchant-processing operation moved from IRIS CRM into Zoho One CRM, with special attention paid to the Residual Payments Module. IRIS functionality must be fully replicated—its Residual Reports—but I want them improved inside Zoho so every sales agent can view accurate commissions and a clean monthly residual income summary. The underlying calculation logic and report templates are already prepared and will be shared on kickoff.

Phase 1 will handle data migration, field mapping, and basic workflow recreation. Many of the fields have already been created. Phase 2 focuses on building the custom Residual Payments Module in Deluge, wiring commission calculations to each merchant record, and generating the monthly summaries in the exact layouts we supply. Once reports reconcile 1:1 with IRIS exports, the project is considered complete.

Because this sits in a banking/fintech environment, I will only consider Zoho-Certified professionals who can show previous work in finance or merchant services—experience with platforms such as Pegasus CRM, PulseCRM, TheIsoHub, or NMI is a strong plus. Demonstrated knowledge of Deluge scripting, Zoho CRM / Zoho One custom modules, and secure data handling is mandatory.
