"I already have a complete, pixel-perfect landing page design sitting in Figma—colours, typography, spacing, motion cues, everything. What I now need is the production-ready website that mirrors this file exactly.

Preferred stack is NextJS so we keep performance, SEO and future extensibility in my own hands, but if you feel the design goals are better served in Framer or Webflow I’m open to that conversation. The layout is fairly sophisticated (think [login to view URL] for complexity), and the Figma file includes micro-interaction guidance and animations.

Here’s how I see the collaboration running:

• You translate every component from Figma into clean, responsive code in NextJS.
• Animations follow the timing, easing and trigger notes already embedded in the Figma prototype.
• Final deliverables: fully functioning landing page deployed to a staging URL, complete source in a Git repo, plus a short hand-off note explaining how to update copy or assets in the future.
