"I already have polished wireframes and visual designs; now I need those screens turned into fully functioning apps for both iOS and Android. The core scope is end-to-end development: coding the front-end exactly to spec, wiring it to a secure back-end (cloud or on-prem, whichever you recommend), and preparing both builds for App Store and Google Play submission—including test-flight or beta tracks.

My priorities are:
• Pixel-perfect adherence to the provided Figma/Sketch files
• Smooth, native-feeling performance on recent iPhone and Android devices
• Clean, well-documented code that another developer could pick up if needed
• A staging environment where I can review features as they’re completed
• Clear milestones for alpha, beta, and release candidates

I’m comfortable with either native (Swift, Kotlin) or a mature cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native, as long as final UX matches the designs and meets store guidelines.
