"I need a web-based quote rater that lets trucking companies or brokers enter shipment and vehicle details and receive an instant cargo insurance premium. I’ll supply the rate tables, underwriting rules, and branding; your task is to translate that logic into a secure, responsive application and make it easy for me to update the numbers later.

Registered users must sign up with email and password, verify the address, and see only their own saved quotes after login. A lightweight admin area should let me edit rates, download quote data, and manage accounts. Each completed quote must render on screen and as a branded PDF ready to email or print.

Feel free to pick the stack—React, Vue, or even a traditional Laravel Blade front end are all acceptable as long as the code is clean and the deployment steps are clear. The back end can be Node, Python (Django or Flask), or PHP/Laravel; just follow common-sense security best practices and keep pages loading quickly.

Deliverables:
• Fully functioning web application deployed to a test URL
• Source code in a private Git repository with README and environment setup notes
• SQL (or comparable) schema and seed data matching my sample rate sheet
• Brief walkthrough video or live call showing quote generation, login flow, and admin edits
