"I’m building a cross-platform desktop application that streams a real-time, naturally enhanced video feed as a virtual webcam on both Windows and Mac. Mediapipe will handle the face detection pipeline; on top of it I need smooth, subtle beautification that the user can fine-tune with 0–100 % sliders for skin smoothing, teeth whitening, and eye brightening.

Your brief:
• Desktop app written in Flutter or Electron (explain your choice)
• Virtual camera driver so Zoom, Teams, Discord, OBS and similar tools pick up the processed feed instantly on both operating systems
• Same filter stack running in a lightweight mobile companion for Android and iOS, using the device camera live
• Clean, well-commented code, build scripts, installers, and full intellectual-property handover

Timeline is 3–5 weeks and I’d like to kick off ASAP. I release 50 % after two weeks on demonstrable progress, and the remaining 50 % on final delivery.
