"I’m building a single-page application in React and the core requirement is seamless, real-time data synchronisation—any change made in one browser tab must appear in every other active session without a page reload.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Spin up the React SPA with whatever modern tooling you recommend (Create React App, Vite, Next, etc.).
• Add a reliable real-time layer—WebSocket, [login to view URL], Firebase, GraphQL subscriptions or another approach you’re confident will stay lightweight and scalable.
• Connect that live data flow to the UI and global state so lists, detail views and indicators update instantly.
• Deliver well-structured, readable code plus a short README that lets me run, test and deploy the project pain-free.

Acceptance criteria
1. Opening the app in two browser windows and editing data in one reflects in the other within a second.
2. No data conflicts or stale state after rapid, successive updates.
3. Code passes linting/tests and is easy to extend.
