"I’m building a brand-new Android application and need it coded from the ground up, then packaged and readied for Google Play release. The concept, feature list, and initial wireframes are ready on my side; what I now require is your technical expertise to turn them into a smooth, stable, and well-documented APK.

Scope of work
• Set up the project structure and advise on the best architecture pattern for long-term maintainability.
• Implement the full Android front-end in Kotlin or Java, integrate the necessary back-end or third-party APIs, and ensure compatibility across the current Android OS range.
