"I need a self-contained program that lets artificial intelligence handle video editing from end to end. The core requirement is simple: once I give the tool a video “script” as its input source, the AI should automatically do the rest—cutting and trimming raw clips, applying appropriate filters or stylistic effects, and inserting smooth transitions where they make sense.

Key goals
• Zero-touch, “AI auto” editing: after launch, the program decides what to keep, how to order shots, and which effects or transitions to apply.
• Script-driven workflow: the tool should accept a script or similar instruction set that tells the AI what the finished story should convey, then source and edit matching footage accordingly.
• Flexible input handling: uploaded files are the minimum requirement; integration hooks for additional sources (live feeds, screen recordings, etc.) are a plus if they fit cleanly into the architecture.

Technical expectations
• Build in Python, C++, or another widely supported language so I can maintain it later.
• Leverage proven video-processing libraries (e.g., FFmpeg, OpenCV) and any relevant machine-learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) to keep development efficient.
• Provide clean, well-commented code and an installation guide I can follow on Windows or Linux.
• Include a concise README explaining how to feed the script, start the auto-edit, and retrieve the final rendered file.

Deliverables
1. Source code with build/run instructions.
