"I need a single, lightweight HTML5 landing page that simply tells visitors the full site is on its way. I will supply the main image to feature prominently, so the layout can stay very clean—just the picture, a short “Site under construction” headline, and basic styling that looks good on mobile as well as desktop.

Please keep everything in plain HTML and CSS (no frameworks or scripts). All code has to be easy for my client to extend later; clear comments are welcome so they can drop new sections in when they’re ready.

Deliverables:
