"I’m creating a Wix Studio site and I need a fully-responsive home page section that feels like deep space. The background should be a dark midnight-blue with realistic stars drifting gently from left to right. When the visitor moves the mouse, those stars should gather to outline the star-shaped (round) cursor, then slowly fade back to their original positions—no sudden snap-back and no lingering freeze.

I don’t want any extra glow or sparkle on the cursor itself; the clean star outline is enough. The effect must run smoothly on desktop and mobile, and the code has to drop straight into Wix Studio without breaking built-in responsiveness or SEO.

Deliverables
• HTML/CSS/JS snippet (or a single bundled file) ready for Wix Studio
• Any image or SVG assets required for the realistic stars and cursor shape
• Brief setup notes so I can paste the code, assign the section to the home page, and tweak parameters such as star density or fade duration

Acceptance
The starfield must load in under two seconds on a typical broadband connection, respond to cursor movement at 60 fps on modern browsers, and show the slow fade-back exactly as described.
