"I need a straightforward desktop program that lets me record every client’s birthday and home-anniversary alongside their basic contact details and then quickly see who is coming up next. I’ll be the sole user, so there’s no need for log-ins, roles, or cloud syncing—everything can live locally on my Windows machine in a small SQLite or similar file.

Key workflow
• Create, edit, and delete client records with fields for name, address, birthday, and anniversary date.
• View an at-a-glance list or calendar of upcoming occasions, sortable by date or filtered by month.
• Simple search so I can jump straight to a specific client.

Optional but nice to have
If you can structure the code so automated reminders or customizable pop-up notifications could be bolted on later, please keep that in mind, though it isn’t required for this first version.

Deliverables
• Compiled desktop executable ready for Windows 10/11 or a google doc
• All source code and a brief README covering setup, data location, and any dependencies.
