"Shtello Development Roadmap and Instructions

1. Homepage

A. Hero Section
• Add a short portrait-style introduction video of Doron (to be finalized later with proper messaging and script).
• Include a carousel for testimonials from influencers and content creators. Each testimonial must include:
• Full name
• Profile picture
• Short testimonial text
• Social media link (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or personal website)

B. Visuals and Branding
• Ensure professional polish with consistent font usage (Inter family recommended), color scheme, and branding aligned with Shtello’s identity.
• Add smooth transitions and responsive scaling for tablets and mobile devices.



2. Profile Pages

A. General Setup
• Fix current banner and profile photo upload issues.
• Establish default visuals:
• Default profile picture: use Shtello-branded avatar.
• Default background image: use the branded cover image stored in media folder.

B. Profile Types

Profiles must adapt dynamically based on role:
1. Influencers
• Fields: niche, collaboration interests, audience size, social platforms, availability for collaborations.
• Badge system: highlight verified influencers, active collaborators, and milestone achievements.
2. Podcasters
• Fields: themes, target audience, available formats (interviews, panels, solo shows), collaboration interests with influencers or businesses.
3. Businesses
• Fields: products/services offered, collaboration interests with influencers and podcasters, sponsorship preferences.
• Access control: businesses can search and view profiles but cannot access influencer- or podcaster-only hubs.



3. Groups & Forums

A. Groups
• Separate influencer groups and podcaster groups for specialized collaboration.
• Add shared spaces where influencers and podcasters interact.
• Example group structure:
• Influencer Hub – networking, growth tips, strategy exchange.
• Podcaster Hub – collaboration tools, technical discussions, guest bookings.
• Shared Collaboration Lounge – influencers and podcasters together for joint projects.
• Business Connections – where businesses can post requests or browse opportunities.

B. Forums

Since forum access can’t be restricted by role, create distinct forums:
• Influencer Forum – strategy, brand deals, growth discussions.
• Podcaster Forum – equipment, promotion, booking guests.
• Collaboration Forum (Shared) – influencers and podcasters together.
• General Forum – open to all members including businesses.



4. Collaboration Workflow
• Businesses submit a collaboration request form with details on project goals, deliverables, budget, and timeline.
• Doron reviews and approves requests before sending them to influencers/podcasters.
• Once approved:
• A private collaboration group is automatically created for the parties involved.
• Group features include:
• File sharing
• Task tracking (milestones)
• Timeline/progress bar
• Internal messaging/chat
• Funds are held in escrow until project completion. Release occurs only when both sides approve final delivery.



5. Reviews & Ratings
• After collaboration completion, both sides must leave structured reviews.
• Review categories:
• Communication quality
• Collaboration experience
• Final project quality
• Responsiveness
• Overall rating (five-star system with optional written feedback)
• Reviews appear on profile pages and contribute to badges/achievements.



6. Gamification
• Create a badge system for achievements:
• Onboarding Badge – completed full profile.
• Collaboration Badge – completed first project.
• Sponsor Badge – for businesses supporting creators.
• Community Badge – active participant in forums and groups.
• Allow badges to be shared externally (downloadable/social media share option).



7. Minors and Age Display
• Automatically assign a “Minor” badge for users under 18.
• Send a parent/guardian notification for account approval and ongoing monitoring.
• Public profiles display only age, not full birthdate.



8. Permissions & Access
• Influencers: access influencer hubs and forums.
• Podcasters: access podcaster hubs and forums.
• Businesses: access general and business-related forums only.
• Shared collaboration spaces remain accessible to both influencers and podcasters, but businesses only see the information relevant to them.



9. Navigation & User Interface
• Simplify dropdown menu to show only:
• Profile
• Account settings
• Messages
• Notifications
• Log out
• Move all secondary items under the Profile page to avoid clutter.



10. Help & Support
• Add a Help Guide for all user types (influencers, podcasters, businesses) with instructions on:
• Setting up a profile
• Joining groups and forums
• Sending collaboration requests
• Understanding badges and ratings
• Provide a support contact page (labelled “Contact Shtello Team”) with a form and chatbot for FAQs and live help.
