Acceptance criteria
1. Fully responsive UI passing Google Lighthouse mobile tests (>90 performance score).
2. Admin panel lets me approve/reject vendors, set commissions, and trigger quality checks without code changes.
3. Successful end-to-end checkout tested with at least three payment methods and two currencies.
4. Search returns accurate results within 300 ms for a seed catalogue of 10 k products.
5. Unit and integration test coverage >80 % for critical flows (registration, listing, checkout, returns).
6. Staging site deployed to my cloud account with CI/CD pipeline documented.
