"I would like to build a professional, single-page website that can detect plagiarism from three entry points: direct text input, uploaded files, and pasted URLs. After a scan, the site should present a clear similarity score and allow users to download a concise PDF report of the findings.

Alongside the user interface, I need an internal RESTful API so our future mobile app and partner platforms can submit content for checking and retrieve results in JSON. Because my audience spans several regions, the interface must support at least English, Spanish, and French at launch, with an easy path for adding more languages later.

Please handle the full web stack—from a clean, responsive front end (React, Vue, or similar) through the plagiarism-detection logic and database layer—while keeping everything on a single, fast-loading page.
