"1) I have a link to a ready-made e-commerce template from Codecanion. I want a professional developer who can quickly complete and deliver the project, enable all the features available in the template, customize it, and also change the colors according to the brand identity I will provide. The app should work in both Arabic and English, and an e-wallet should be enabled for the app, along with adding services for sale such as, for example, visa processing, hotel bookings, or tickets. The booking should be created between the buyer and the seller, with the admin overseeing the process and freezing the amount until the service is completed and delivered to the buyer. Once completed, the due amount for the service is released to the seller as part of the customization. The app owner (“the admin panel manager of the app”) should also be able to collect commissions. There should also be access to sales reports for services and bookings, and reports on total commissions. In addition, when adding subscriber data, interests can be added through the admin panel; during user registration, a list of interests appears from which multiple interests can be selected. After completing registration, the admin can view the subscriber’s data and the list of interests.

2) I will provide a basic ready-made template, a dedicated template for a delivery driver, and another template for the freelancer to use for service and booking sales tasks and integrate it with the main template, so that food, pharmacy, services, or bookings can all be managed through the admin panel.

3) It will be a mobile application for Android and iOS, to be uploaded using my developer accounts on Google Play and the Apple App Store. The same application will also be available as a web app (website), along with an admin panel.

4) Some UI elements will be changed, such as icons or the product display card, but only those included in the attachments. This will be discussed and agreed upon with the freelancer to change the UI shown in the attachments. The freelancer should provide us with a concept or idea for a better, more attractive, and non-traditional design.

5) The attached document includes the tasks and features that must work correctly within the template I will provide to the freelancer (most of them are features and tasks listed in the template’s features link on Codecanion). Only a few additions I mentioned require the freelancer’s ingenuity and professionalism to customize—for example, panoramic image viewing, integrating service and booking sales with the main template. After completing the project, the full source code must be delivered, along with another file where the source code is divided into several parts, in case tasks are assigned to a dedicated development team for the app to maintain the project’s efficiency. The final source code should also be uploaded to my GitHub account, which I will provide to the freelancer. Facebook Pixel should be connected with the admin panel. Out of caution and for documentation, I have listed these notes in the document so that I receive the project fully working and in excellent condition. This is for someone who is professional at completing the project quickly while maintaining security and stability, ensuring all tasks work correctly, and also checking for and removing any remote access or remote control permissions—I want a guarantee of this—so that I can continue to develop the project with the freelancer via the Freelancer website with new enhancements and projects. The app and the admin panel should also work quickly and efficiently with minimal internet data usage, as the region where the app will operate is in developing countries where internet speeds are hardly adequate compared to developed countries.
