"I’m ready to turn a detailed concept for a brand-new social platform into a fully functioning Android app, built entirely from scratch and Play-Store ready. The core experience hinges on smooth, modern interactions, so clean UI, rock-solid performance, and a scalable backend are essential.

Key features I need implemented
• Google login as the sole authentication method for this first release (future-proof the architecture so email or Facebook could be slotted in later without major rework).
• Rich user profiles that each member can customise—avatars, bios, privacy controls, notification toggles, and any other settings that enhance personalisation.
• A dynamic feed where users can create posts containing text, images, or videos, with seamless uploading, compression, and playback.
• Engagement tools: real-time likes and threaded comments that update instantly.
• End-to-end private messaging (one-to-one) with live delivery status, typing indicators, and push alerts.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (or an equally reliable alternative) for push notifications across the app.
• Consistent Material-you styling, fluid animations, and edge-case handling so the experience stays buttery-smooth on devices running Android 8.0 and up.
• A well-documented backend (Firebase, Supabase, or a custom REST/GraphQL layer—open to your recommendation) that can scale as usage grows and makes future feature expansion straightforward.

Deliverables
1. Full Android Studio project in Kotlin (Java acceptable if strongly preferred) with clean, modular code.
2. Backend source with deployment scripts and environment variables clearly documented.

Acceptance criteria
