"I want a clean, modern web application that lists residential property offers and lets visitors zero-in on the right home with intuitive search filters. At a minimum, the interface must allow users to refine results by price range, location, number of bedrooms, developer, and property type, updating instantly without a full page reload.

Design vision
The look and feel should be modern and minimalist—crisp typography, ample white space, subtle animations only where they add clarity, and a fully responsive layout that works just as smoothly on a phone as it does on a large desktop monitor.

Functionality & tech
I am flexible on the stack, but a single-page approach using React, Vue, or similar front-end libraries paired with a lightweight REST or GraphQL API would fit well. Please choose a scalable database for storing the property data and keep the codebase well-structured so a future team member can extend features such as maps or user accounts.
