"I trade equities daily and need a solid way to harvest a broad set of market metrics in one sweep. The scraper must collect near-real-time stock prices, trading volumes and broader market trends, then enrich that feed with valuation and technical indicators—PE, PB, RSI, ROCE and volatility—sourced from reliable public endpoints.

Here’s what I’m after:

• A script or small application (Python, Node or a language you can fully support) that reaches out to the chosen sites/APIs every few minutes during market hours, normalises the results and writes them to CSV plus a lightweight database file.
• Graceful handling of missing data or API hiccups, with simple logs I can review later.
• A README that makes setup and scheduling straightforward; after following it I should be able to trigger an update with a single command and see fresh rows for every parameter above.

Accuracy is paramount, yet I still expect an update cycle no slower than fifteen minutes. Deliver clean, well-commented code that I can expand as my needs evolve and you’ve got the job." (client-provided description)
