Inside you will find the current codebase, third-party libraries, sample images, and my initial notes for a computer-vision tool I have been prototyping. The aim is straightforward: turn that collection into a polished, fully working application.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Unpack the kit, study the architecture, and set up a clean build environment.
• Fill in the missing pieces of functionality that are marked TODO in the source.
• Squash any build errors or dependency problems so the project compiles cleanly.
• Package the finished application and provide clear build scripts plus a concise README so I (and future contributors) can reproduce the build from scratch.

Language, frameworks, and platform are flexible at this stage—I am open to the stack that makes the most sense once you inspect the kit. Cross-platform support would be a bonus, but I’m happy to prioritise rapid progress on your strongest OS first.
