"Ascend Oswestry requires a low-cost, fully branded booking system integrated into a Wix website. The system must manage three activity areas: Soft Play, Climbing, and The Grid, plus party bookings and exclusive hire.

Soft Play Requirements:
– 2-hour sessions; capacity ~100
– Multiple ticket types (child, adult, under 1, SEN, toddler)
– Peak/off-peak pricing
– Mandatory attendee details (name, age, emergency contact, medical)
– Soft Play disclaimer acceptance
– Automatic session locking at capacity

Climbing Requirements:
– 1h15 sessions; capacity 22
– Mandatory digital waiver per participant
– Age restrictions enforced
– Add-ons (gloves, socks)
– Shared arena (not exclusive for parties)
– Climbing parties must book a climbing session + a party room; system must prevent party-room-only bookings
