"I need a lightweight tool that can open WhatsApp Web in a regular Chromium-based browser, read an Excel or CSV list, and push out text messages in bulk. The list will hold every contact number plus, when needed, the personalized line I want each person to receive; if the personalization field is blank the tool should default to a common broadcast message I set at run-time.

Key workflow
1. I drop an .xlsx or .csv file into the program.
2. It logs me in to WhatsApp Web (QR scan as usual) and queues each row.
3. For rows with a “custom_text” value the tool sends that specific text; otherwise it sends the standard message I supplied.
4. It paces the delivery to stay under WhatsApp’s current rate limits and shows a live status log with sent / failed counts.
5. When finished it exports a simple report (CSV or TXT) containing each number, message sent, time stamp, and any error returned by WhatsApp Web.

Acceptance criteria
• All messages must be sent through the official web interface—no third-party WhatsApp gateways.
• The tool must run on Windows 10/11 without extra paid dependencies; Python + Selenium or Node.js + Puppeteer are both fine as long as source code and setup instructions are provided.
• Delivery success rate should match manual sending, with automatic retries for temporary failures.
• I can change the default text, time delay, and column mappings without editing the code.
