Divi to Kadence Migration & Redesign - SEO Focused + Legacy System Transfer
Hi
I am looking for a highly skilled WordPress expert for a critical migration and redesign project for my executive service business.
Context: My current Divi website is slow and is failing to generate customer calls. I have a prototype design (link provided later) that must replace the existing site. This project's core goal is maximum SEO performance and future stability.
Technical Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
1. Theme Preference: We require the build to be on Kadence Theme + Kadence Blocks for superior speed and future-proofing.
• If you suggest an alternative theme, you must provide a detailed technical justification for why it's better than Kadence for achieving 90+ Mobile PageSpeed and avoiding code lock-in.
2. Future Editability: The entire site must be built using only the Kadence visual editor. No custom HTML, CSS, or hard-coded elements for structure or content, ensuring I can edit it myself.
3. SEO & Speed:
• The final website must achieve 90+ Mobile PageSpeed scores.
• Safely migrate all SEO data from AIOSEO (expiring soon) to Rank Math, including all 301 redirects.
4. CRITICAL: Legacy Dispatch System:
• I have a vital, key-licensed, legacy PHP dispatch system embedded in the Divi Child Theme. It uses a separate internal URL.
• You must be able to safely isolate and transfer this custom PHP code into the new Kadence setup without breaking the license or functionality. If you are not comfortable handling legacy PHP code transfer, please do not apply.
Proposal Requirements:
Please provide your technical strategy, specifically detailing:
• Your plan for ensuring 90+ Mobile PageSpeed scores.
• Your plan for safely isolating and integrating the legacy PHP dispatch system code.
