"Full-Stack Developer (Flutter + Node.js / React + Node.js)

Full-Time · Long-Term · Remote

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our product team on a long-term basis. You will help build and scale a social and event platform (mobile and/or web) using modern tools, clean architecture, and modular design.

Tech Stack Options (at least one required):

Option 1 — App Full-Stack (Mobile)

Flutter (BLoC, UI/UX, performance)

Node.js and TypeScript

PostgreSQL / MongoDB

Option 2 — Web Full-Stack

React and TypeScript

Node.js and Express

PostgreSQL / MongoDB

Responsibilities:

Build and improve both frontend and backend features (mobile or web)

Develop and integrate APIs

Ensure scalability, security, and stability of the system

Collaborate with designers and product managers

Participate in long-term product development

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Flutter AND Node.js, OR React AND Node.js

TypeScript proficiency (frontend and backend)

Experience working on real products (not just demo projects)

API design and integration experience

Good English communication

Availability: full-time, long-term (30–40 hours/week)

Nice to Have:

AWS or Firebase
Docker or CI/CD
WebSockets, Cloud Functions
Experience with larger platforms or system design

Important:

No agencies or recruiters — only individual freelancers
Hubstaff time tracking is required
Reliable availability and clear communication are important

Compensation:

Junior/Mid-level: $7–10/h
Senior: $11–15/h
Long-term collaboration (6–12+ months)
