Project Goal: I am seeking your expert consultancy to develop a high-capability WhatsApp Chatbot for OTP deals. My objective is to build a fully automated, end-to-end real estate platform that functions with the comprehensive utility of a dedicated website, but operates entirely within the WhatsApp environment.

Core Purpose: To deliver a scalable, self-service listing and lead-generation tool that minimises administrative overhead.

Essential Automated Capabilities (Minimum Viable Product):

Lead Qualification: Automated capture of Name & Email upon initial contact.

User Segmentation: Categorising users as Owner (Renting/Selling), Buyer, Seller, Tenant, Realtor, or Builder.

Self-Service Listing Generation: Owners must be able to upload basic property data, high-resolution photos, and videos via the chat interface to generate an immediate, auto-listed listing.
