"I’m assembling a small team to design and build a realistic car-focused game from the ground up. The end product must run smoothly on PC, Android / iOS devices, and the current-generation PlayStation and Xbox consoles.

Vision and core requirements
• Gameplay: authentic driving physics, rich city and highway environments, single-player progression with room to expand into online modes later.
• Visual style: a hybrid approach—3D cars, tracks, and environments, paired with crisp 2D elements for the UI, menus, and cut-scene overlays.
• Tools & tech: I’m open to Unity, Unreal Engine, or another engine you can justify for multi-platform deployment; please outline your preferred pipeline for asset creation, version control, and performance optimisation.
• Cross-platform builds: one codebase with platform-specific tweaks, controller support on consoles, touch controls on mobile, keyboard/gamepad mapping on PC.

What I need from you
1. Programming: core mechanics, physics tuning, AI traffic, optimisation, and platform integration.
2. Art & design: concept art, 3D vehicle and environment assets, 2D UI/HUD, plus sound design that matches the realism goal.
3. Production support: milestone planning, QA processes, and delivering platform-ready builds.

Acceptance criteria
• A playable vertical slice demonstrating a full race loop, menu flow, and at least one detailed map running at 60 fps on PC and mobile test devices.
• Source project, documented build instructions, and asset libraries handed over at each milestone.
• Final builds submitted for PC, Android / iOS, PlayStation, and Xbox, each meeting their respective store certification guidelines.
