• Core pages to include: Home, Services, About, Blog/Insights, and Contact.
• Built-in lead capture: a contact form that stores submissions and emails me instantly.
• Mobile responsiveness, on-page SEO fundamentals, Google Analytics integration, and GDPR-compliant cookie banner.
