"We are a growing startup based in Los Angeles, USA, and we’re building an internal team of full-stack developers to support our expanding workload.

Our company began with nine members and has seen steady progress. As our project volume increased, we shifted part of our strategy toward providing freelance development services. This approach has proven successful, and now we’re looking to scale it further by bringing additional developers onto our internal team.

We are seeking skilled, reliable full-stack developers who want consistent work and are open to a revenue-share compensation model. This is NOT an account-sharing job. You will work under our company’s client contracts and profiles, while you focus only on delivering great technical work.

What You’ll Do

- Work on various client development tasks

- Collaborate with our core team

- Maintain high-quality code and communication

- Deliver work on time and with professionalism

Compensation

This role uses a revenue-share model:

You receive 50% of the revenue generated from the work you complete.

Our team handles client acquisition, project management, verification, and communication overhead.

You focus on the development itself.
