"I’m ready to refresh three key areas of my site so the experience feels modern, intuitive and secure. The top-priority is a full home-page layout redesign focused on richer interactive features; colour updates and fresh imagery will follow once the new structure is in place.

Next, the login flow needs attention. I want users to reset their passwords via email in a single step, move through a simplified sign-in screen, and benefit from additional safeguards to protect their accounts. Once this is updated customer logins need to remain as is (Extra care)

Finally, the admin dashboard must become a clearer window into user activity. I need to pick any client from a list, open their profile instantly, and view every file they’ve uploaded in a neatly organized panel.
