"I have an ESP32-CAM wired to a pH probe and I need a polished, multi-page dashboard that I can open in any browser and immediately see:

• a live video stream from the camera
• the current pH value updating in real time
• a running log I can export later for analysis
• an extra panel where an AI assistant suggests actions or answers questions based on the latest pH readings

Design should feel like a proper or decent application, not a quick demo: clear navigation, responsive layout, light/dark mode appreciated.

Core deliverables
1. Fully functional, responsive web (or Electron) dashboard with multi-page navigation.
2. Live MJPEG/RTSP feed and real-time pH data displayed side-by-side.
3. Background logging of timestamp, pH and any other metadata to CSV or SQLite.
4. Integrated AI chat/recommendation pane (OpenAI, local model, or your suggestion) that can access the latest pH value.
5. Clean source code and short setup guide so I can deploy on my own machine.
