"I want to launch an Android-only spin betting game in which every round is driven by a configurable “greed” algorithm that steadily secures a margin for the house while still feeling fair and exciting to players.

Core flow
• Users register or sign in with their phone number; an OTP-based process is enough.
• They top up their wallet through upi in-app purchases and use those credits to place bets on a spinning wheel.
• Behind the scenes the greed settings I define from an admin panel subtly adjust win probabilities and payout tiers so my expected profit remains positive even during lucky streaks.

What I need built
1. A polished Android app (Kotlin or Flutter are both fine) featuring a visually engaging spin wheel, real-time odds adjustment based on the greed logic, user wallet, win/loss animation, sound effects, and a basic leaderboard.
2. Secure integration of upi for deposits, with hooks for future withdrawal options.
3. OTP phone-number authentication via Firebase or an equivalent SMS service.
4. A lightweight web-based admin console where I can:
• dial up or down the greed coefficient in real time,
• review player balances, game logs, and revenue analytics,
• trigger promotional bonuses or free spins.
5. Delivery of complete source code, build instructions, and a short hand-off call so I can publish the app to the Play Store myself.

Acceptance criteria
• Wheel odds and payouts update instantly when I change greed settings in the console.
• Transactions processed through Google Play Billing reflect in the in-app wallet without manual refresh.
• Phone number login works worldwide with fallback resend.
• All game logic runs server-side or securely obfuscated to prevent tampering.
