Project Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced web developer to take over, debug, and complete a web application built on Hostinger Horizons. The project's goal is to digitalize our vehicle ordering process, from customer club registration to the final vehicle order. The initial setup has been done using Hostinger Horizons, Supabase, and Resend, but we are facing numerous errors and require a professional to get the entire system running smoothly and reliably.

The system has two main user flows:

1.
Customer Flow: Registration, vehicle configuration, and ordering.

2.
Employee Flow: Registration and tracking of referred customers.




Detailed Functional Requirements:

1. Customer Registration & Onboarding:

Landing Page ([login to view URL]):

This is the main entry point for customers, partially built on Hostinger Horizons. It features a free "Club Registration" form and links to external car configurators (Porsche, BMW, Mercedes).

Referral System:

•
Employee referral codes (passed via QR code/URL) must be captured at registration. A cookie must be used to track the referring employee throughout the customer's journey.

Welcome Email:

•
Upon successful club registration, an automated welcome email is sent via Resend, containing a unique link to the vehicle order form.



2. Vehicle Ordering Process:

Order Form:

This form should be pre-filled with the customer's data from the initial registration.

•
The customer needs to add details about their pre-configured vehicle and fill in specific terms and conditions offered by us.

•
File Upload: A mandatory feature for the customer to upload their driver's license.



•
Data Storage:

All order data must be saved securely in our Supabase database. The uploaded driver's license must be stored in Supabase Storage.

Order Submission:

A "Place Binding Order" button finalizes the process.



3. Automated Email Notifications (via Resend):

Order Confirmation (to Customer): An email confirming the successful order placement.

New Order (to Dealer): An email containing all order details, customer information, and the driver's license as an attachment or secure link from Supabase Storage.

Internal Notification (to Us): An email that includes customer details, the referring employee's ID (from the cookie), and the gross total sum of the order.

4. Employee & Referral Management:

Employee Registration: A separate process for employees to register and receive their unique referral QR code/link.

Employee Dashboard:

A secure dashboard where employees can log in to view a list of their referred customers and the total revenue generated.



Current State & Key Challenges:

Supabase is set up, but there are likely issues with table structures, policies, or functions.

The main problem is that the system is not working as a whole and has many bugs. We need an expert to perform a full system audit, identify the root causes of the errors, and implement robust solutions.

What We Are Looking For:
