"I need a production-ready reverse-tunnelling service, that lets a user on a Linux,Windows or Mac machine expose any local port to the Internet with a single SSH command. The tunnel server will sit on my own VPS and must:

• accept incoming SSH connections, then forward the chosen local port to an auto-generated, random sub-domain of my main domain;
• keep terminal feedback to the bare minimum so users see nothing more than the assigned URL and basic connection status;
• rely on public authetication only—no password prompts;
• run stably for weeks at a time, recovering from crashes or network hiccups without manual intervention;
• feed real-time monitoring and alert hooks so I immediately know if the service degrades.

Strong Go skills and a deep grasp of SSH reverse tunnelling, sockets and Linux processes are essential. Experience with tools such as Pinggy, Ngrok-like proxies, DNS wild-card routing and containerised (Docker) deployments will be a plus.

Deliverables (must-haves)
1. Fully functioning tunnel server live on my VPS (Ubuntu 22.04).
2. Source code with concise comments and a one-page deployment guide.
3. Script or container definition that lets me tear down and re-deploy in minutes.
4. Verification session where we confirm multiple concurrent tunnels, clean sub-domain assignment, and seamless reconnect behaviour.
5. Real-time monitoring wired into a simple webhook or Prometheus exporter so I can plug it into Grafana/Alertmanager right away.
