"I need a skilled Flutter developer to implement Sprint 1 of a tourism app built around gamification (badges & points).
Sprint 1 must be fully functional (Flutter + Firebase) and the developer must provide a explanation of the delivered code so I can extend the project in future sprints. Full Figma designs for Sprint 1 will be provided and must be followed exactly.

This project is small and simple, for a student not a complex, enterprise-level system.

Sprint 1 Scope & Requirements:
1. Authentication
Selecting user based roles (Tour Guide or Tourist)
Redirecting users based on their role
User Role Handling (Tour Guide vs Tourist)
User Registration
User Login
Firebase Authentication

2. Home Page (Tour Guide):
Display guide’s basic information
Display button to create a new tour
Simple dashboard layout
Linked with Firebase (fetch user data)

3. Guide Account Page:
Show guide profile details
Edit basic info
Real-time data from Firebase

4. Create Tour Page:
A fully functional form with Firebase integration including:
Tour Name
Tour Description
City / Location
Date & Time
Number of places (activities)
Upload images (Firebase Storage)
set gamification details (Quizzes by each activity)
Save to Firestore

Deliverables:
Deliver a clean, simple, and readable Flutter project (with comments),
following Figma prototype exactly and keeping the implementation straightforward for student-level project.
Integrated Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Storage
All pages connected and functional (Sprint 1)
Explain the source code and How to extend the project in future sprints
Answers to any questions I might have
