"**Job Scope: Developer for Branding Refresh and Digital Update**

**Objective:**
To update and unify the brand identity across all digital assets by refreshing the logo with the same look and feel as the previous one, migrating the website to a new version, setting up professional emails, and updating the Flutter app and its communications to reflect the new branding.

**Scope of Work:**

1. **Logo Refresh**
- Redesign the existing logo to maintain the same overall look and feel, with subtle improvements or modernizations as needed.
- Deliver logo files in various formats suitable for web, app, and print use (e.g., vector, PNG, SVG).

2. **Website Update**
- Migrate the current website to a new website version or design as provided.
- Remove all instances of the old logo and old brand name across the entire website.
- Ensure consistent use of the updated logo and new brand name on all pages and assets.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the new website functions correctly on all devices and browsers.

3. **Professional Email Setup**
- Set up three professional email accounts using the new domain
- Configure email clients and provide instructions for access and management.

4. **Flutter App Update**
- Update the Flutter app's branding elements to reflect the new name and logo.
- Change the app’s display name to the new brand name on the Google Play Store.
- Update all email templates and push notifications within the app to replace old logos and names with the new branding.
- Build and submit the updated app bundle (.aab) to the Google Play Console for review and publish.
- Ensure proper versioning is maintained to avoid conflicts during update deployment.

**Deliverables:**
- New logo files in vector and raster formats.
- Published new website with updated branding, free of old logos and names.
- Three fully functional professional email accounts.
- Updated and live Flutter app on Google Play with new branding.
- Documentation covering email setup, website changes, and app update process.
