"I need an end-to-end mobile and web solution similar in flow to Uber Eats or DoorDash, but focused strictly on on-demand package deliveries. Customers should be able to request a pickup from the selected store, enter the drop-off address, pay, and then watch their courier move in real time on the map until the parcel is delivered. Couriers need their own app to accept jobs, follow turn-by-turn navigation, update status checkpoints, and mark a delivery complete with photo or signature capture. On my side, a browser-based admin dashboard must let me monitor every active run, manage users, set delivery zones and fees, and pull basic analytics. There must also be a store dashboard, or integration with the stores website for orders to be placed and delivered to the customer

Core requirements I expect from the first release
• Native or high-quality cross-platform Customer app (iOS & Android)
• Dedicated Courier app with background location updates and battery-efficient live tracking
• Real-time geolocation, ETA calculation, and status push notifications (Firebase or similar)
• Secure in-app payments, payout handling for couriers, and order history
• Web admin dashboard for live fleet monitoring, manual dispatch override, and user management
• Source code, basic unit tests, and setup documentation

Acceptance will be based on:
1. Seamless real-time map tracking that refreshes without noticeable lag
2. Successful end-to-end order flow tested on both iOS and Android devices
3. Admin dashboard correctly reflecting all order and courier states in real time
4. Clean, well-commented code provided with instructions to build and deploy
