"Our manufacturing operation relies on Epicor, but the current deployment is overdue for a deep technical tune-up. I need an Epicor expert (individual or team) who can:

• Re-calibrate the Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, and Production Management modules so they run cleanly and align with best-practice workflows.
• Eliminate performance lags, correct configuration gaps, and stabilise every integration point to the other systems we use on the shop floor and in the back office.
• Deliver tailored improvements—new SSRS or BAQ reports, a streamlined user interface, and automated workflows that cut manual steps out of our daily routines.

Once the environment is stable, I want to sign an annual maintenance contract with clear SLAs covering proactive monitoring, version upgrades, and rapid break-fix support. Please outline your approach to the initial optimisation, the toolset you prefer (Epicor ICE tools, BPM, REST API, etc.), and the SLA terms you can commit to for ongoing care."
