"I need a single, web-based platform that helps me run two connected lines of business: shipping from the USA to the UAE and advertising U.S. salvage vehicles to my Middle-East customers. The core of the system will be an online database that supports three secure user roles—Admin, Staff, and Customers—so each party sees only the tools and data meant for them.

For the shipping side, I have to see real-time shipment tracking, automatic shipping-cost calculations, invoice generation, payment notifications, and an arrival notice the moment cargo clears customs. Beyond basic tracking, I also handle towing, container loading, mix-loading/consolidated shipping, and full customs-clearance services, so the platform must record and display each of those actions in the shipment timeline.

For vehicle sales, customers should be able to browse and track listed salvage vehicles, and purchase it as they wish those vehicles on the platform already purchased by our company.
The customers also get access to the US auctions user to give by us so they purchase from auctions and see their balance and dues from the same platform then jump straight into their auction accounts from the same dashboard. While a vehicle is in transit, the tracking data above must stay visible so the customer never has to leave the site for updates.

Key workflow requirements

• End-to-end shipment module: cost calculator, label or document generator, live tracking, invoices, and automated alerts (payment received, cargo arrival)
• Vehicle marketplace: listings, photos, auction-account deep links, status updates, and post-sale shipping link-up
• Operational add-ons tracked in the timeline—towing orders, container loading events, and any mix-loading or consolidation details
• Customs-clearance status and documents stored and viewable inside the shipment record
