"I’m looking for an experienced kernel-mode engineer to create a production-ready Windows file system driver that runs flawlessly on Windows 10 (x64). Reliability, security hardening, and clean, maintainable C/C++ code are the top priorities.

Scope
• Design and implement the core file system driver logic.
• Ensure full compliance with Windows 10 driver signing and KMDF/WDK requirements.
• Build configurations for both Debug and Release, with symbol files for post-mortem analysis.
• Provide thorough stress, performance, and compatibility tests (Verifier, Driver Test Manager, etc.).
• Document the build process, driver architecture, and any user-mode utilities you include.

I’m open to discussing optional capabilities—data encryption, fast I/O paths, on-the-fly recovery—but the baseline deliverable must already be robust and secure. If you have prior experience shipping filter or mini-redirector drivers and can demonstrate past code quality, we’ll be a great fit.
