"I’m ready to turn Shipturtle into a fully-functioning multi-vendor marketplace for physical goods and I’d like someone who already knows the platform inside out to make it happen. The core setup is straightforward; what matters is tailoring it so vendors can join easily, list products without friction, and ship orders smoothly.

Key requirements
• Automated payouts – every completed order should trigger a scheduled, rules-based payment to the vendor.
• Vendor performance tracking – build dashboards or reports inside Shipturtle so I can see fulfilment times, returns, ratings, and other KPIs at a glance.
• Inventory management – real-time stock syncing for each vendor with alerts when levels fall below defined thresholds.

Deliverables
1. Shipturtle environment installed, configured, and branded for my store.
2. Vendor portal customised with the three features above fully tested.
3. Front-end storefront theme matched to my guidelines (I’ll supply brand assets).
4. Payment gateway and shipping rules integrated and live.
